IT Governance and Planning SNR Manager

A renowned organisation within the financial services industry is seeking to an IT Governance and Planning Manager to join their dynamic team. So if you have the necessary IT and management skills, we want to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Report to the Head of ICT and manage a team of IT professionals in the areas of IT Governance and Planning
Be responsible for aligning enterprise architecture according to the business and IT strategic plan, driving standards, policies and compliance in IT including cyber security, regulatory and legal requirements
Conduct technology planning such as forecasting and budgeting processes, management reporting, IT procurement cycles and contract management
Coordinate information systems and IT operations tasks given from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

An academic qualification in a relevant field of study at NQF level 6.
Be familiar with COBIT framework, ISO 27001 standard, and IT recovery
A post graduate Degree in Management or Information Security will be considered an asset
A minimum of 8 years’ working experience in the area of ICT and 3 years’ in people management
Fluency in both written and oral English
