Skills Required :
- Good communication Skills (English & German)
- A good foundation in RPG, RPG-LE, free format, CL, SQL, DDS, SDA and RXS (XML management )
- Working experience in production support/operation on AS/400 and I-Series platforms
-Working experience with DB2 400, SQLRGLE
- Working experience with I-Series debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Strong SQL knowledge on the Iseries and ability to monitor and support batch jobs

Requirements

- Coordination between LP Business, LPIT , Client onsite and offshore team for query resolution, status update and escalation management.
-Analyzing business requirements, processes, data and systems to determine appropriate solutions
-Provide support to the application
-Able to handle and solve Incident, Problem, Request and Change Management process
- Should Design, code and test
-Resolves customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
-Interacts with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements
