Job Descriptions:
• The project introduces an integrated project scheduling and planning tool for project management that enables fast and timely decision making to control project resources and project risks for a timely delivery.
• The Planisware tool should be the one and only tool for division. The chosen tool fulfills the requirements of all parts of the scope except collaboration tool that will be in SharePoint.
• IAOG & IAPG are the most mature to take decision. Rollout plan is under development. IAOG will start the “production phase” with modules scheduling and resources planning
• Ambitious aim is to have Scheduling / resource management implemented in 22 HUBs by end of 2019.
• Negotiation with Planisware is ongoing

Background and Motivation:

• Integrated Project Management (IPM) initiative supports the 1,000 day programs Working Capital, Quality and White Color Productivity for project business
• The initiative comes as a consequence of the PAOT base-lining phase when we discovered very clear evidence that moving in to a world class operation in project execution, we need to improve our project management effectiveness and tools landscape significantly
• Provide a collaborative and integrated environment to drive efficiently the execution of projects
• Provide a complete and up-to-date status of the project or portfolio’s planning and forecasting including scheduling, resource utilization, cash, changes and risks
• Provide a collaborative and integrated environment that offers a complete and up-to-date status and forecast of all projects or portfolios, including schedule, cash, changes and risks, and enables cross – border management of projects and resources
• Enable improved results through better and more timely decisions, governance and mitigations
• All stakeholders in all organizational dimensions work in an integrated tool environment using / contributing to one single set of data
• Enablement of Head BU to manage global projects and their LBU Cluster
