Intune Engineer

The purpose of this role is to provide operational support to IT, mainly regarding all the technology managed by IT into support users, onboarding process, users training and awareness, Office 365 Administration, and support, manage tickets, authorization and permission to internal tools and portals, Active Directory management, and validate internals security controls and mitigation. Manage IT infrastructure and internal technology under IT ownership and support IT Roadmap focus on IT improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Providing 2nd line support to staff globally
Providing 1st line support where deemed necessary
Management of IT tickets
Management of day-to-day IT related to Microsoft O365 requirements of authorization and permissions.
Adopt the IT best practices
Validate IT procedures and improvement
Administration tasks of key IT systems including internal and Cloud infrastructure used by Truphone.
Monitoring internal IT end-users for security patching
Ensure that IT is compliant with security controls and Audit (ISO 27k)
Microsoft servers administration experience and Azure AD
Managing and maintaining backups for internal IT systems and Cloud
Provide support on internal IT projects as directed by the IT Support Manager
Defining and maintaining IT processes ensuring they are streamlined and effective.
Create system and end user documentation as required.

Experience on Microsoft Windows Server

Proven experience managing day to day workload, knowing when to prioritize and the ability to work self-sufficiently.
