INDONESIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER CARE – LISBON

Our client in sunny Lisbon is looking for an Indonesian speaking Customer Care for their client.

Responsibilities:

• Video content review for organic video uploads, seeking actionable, policy violating content
• Deletion and blocking of content, as well as filtering, organizing and evaluating information
• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
• Comfortable with viewing disturbing content and discussing difficult subjects clearly and calmly
• Working on the 24/7 pattern

Requirements

Requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Customer orientation
• Expertise - Genuine interest and passion for IT, the Internet tool, telecom and the field of
tourism.
• Teamwork - Passion for teamwork.
• Planning & Organization - Ability to be multitasking to achieve goals personal and team ones
• Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Resistance and Autonomy - Demonstrate adaptability to the working environment and
autonomy.
• Availability - Flexibility - Work in rotary schedule 24/7.
