This is an exciting opportunity in Gross Gerau, Germany for a Human Resources Generalist.

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

By supporting human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department.

Being responsible for the deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the business or functional organization.

Partnering with managers and employees to resolve issues and concerns.

Compiling and analyzes human resources process metrics, analyzes results and recommends improvements.

Assisting in resolution of conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on employment matters; conducting and documenting investigations.

Participating in performance management activities including employee development planning.

Providing staffing and recruiting support; conducting workforce data analysis.

Facilitating compensation process and benefits administration by partnering with shared services and corporate human resources; developing and implementing workforce compensation recommendations.

Assisting in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures; advising on compliance with key legislative requirements.

Coordinating training needs assessment and participating in training activities and special projects.

Creating employment contracts as required by local law or practice.

Ensuring accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resource information systems.

Requirements

Skills and Experience Required:

Strong knowledge in German labor law.

Relevant work experience required, including experience with working with Works Councils.

Able to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders and to build constructive relationships.

Great HR business process execution.

Significant experience in developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

Proven experience of acting on people data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements.

Confident HR consulting skills.

Good data analytics skills.

Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.

Expertise in candidate assessment and selection.

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

German and English spoken and written.
