Head of UX/UI

We are looking for a creative team player and leader of UX / UI design for Live Dealer Games, who will engage in User Interface and User Experience design for new and existing online gaming products. Designer will conduct and participate in brainstorm sessions as part of an international team of professional products, design and development teams. A focused portfolio on mobile innovation and technology and the development of games is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design highly usable and delightful user interfaces, experiences, and visuals week in and week out as part of a Product Delivery IT team; owning both UX and visual design responsibilities
Design the game flow, concepts, new features
Come up with new ideas, creative solutions
Contribute to and help maintain our evolving design system and methodology with new ideas
Develop and maintain mock-ups, usage scenarios, prototypes, specifications, navigation maps, and other design documents
Participate in design reviews, team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Prepare source files for development and supervise implemented design
Present design work to teams and stakeholders
Ability to perform under pressure and meet set deadlines
Work both independently and as part of a team
Report to C-Level

Adobe Suite tool (Illustrator and Photoshop demand)
Preferably to have knowledge in InVision
Principle prototyping tools
Creativity, problem-solving, passion and attention to detail
Ability to perform within tight deadlines
Advanced English language
Good communication skills
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage

Requirements
Professional or bachelor’s degree in graphic design
At least 3 years of experience as UI/UX Designer
Experience within the iGaming industry is mandatory
A clear understanding of usability, user-centred design and web standards
Solid knowledge of Sketch App
