Head of Acquisition in Sunny Malta

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Head of Acquisition to work in sunny Malta. Malta offers a rich Mediterranean lifestyle, ancient heritage and a vibrant nightlife to boot. The job is an excellent opportunity to experience everything Malta has to offer.

The job involves:

- Responsible for the targets of: Affiliate, Media, SEO and PPC activities, both online and offline, to meet the company’s objectives and ROI guidelines;

- Responsible for seeking out, negotiating and finalising deals for B2C brand;

- Maintain and grow existing relationships with the partners;

- Manage 4 teams of 20 members and ensuring professional growth for the members;

- Working with external resources and agencies to execute the digital marketing mix and compile performance reports on all marketing activity;

- Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent with the brand guidelines;

- Strong management and leadership skills to inspire, motivate and grow teams;

- Frequent travel will be required as a part of this role.

- At least 5 years of experience in the online gambling industry;

- Proven experience in affiliate management and different media, SEO and PPC channels;

- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships;

- English at mother tongue level, both written and spoken;

- Additional languages are considered an asset;

- Proactive and multitasking personality;

- Initiative, creative, curious, independent, hands on style, team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
