Handover Engineer

Responsible to plan, monitor, the control priority of subsystem/ system handover requirement and take necessary action with coordination of Handover Manager.

- Review of subsystem scope, Milestone completion dates of as per contract for respected system/Area.
- Follow up and Expedite the different field activity with construction, (Pre-) commissioning and Quality in order to achieve target.
- Preparing Notification and walkthrough plan for different subsystem/ system as per priority and site condition.
- Closely monitoring progress of each subsystem/ system and their constraint's for completion with plan date.

- Preparing planning, target and Progress of report for different subsystem/ system for milestone completion.
- Conducting meeting with sub contractor, Construction team for expediting of different task, tracking and punch items to close out in site.
- Follow up for physical signed off of templates assigned for different task and return back to ICoMS for final dossier.
- Coordinating with Client relevant Area/ system representative for different milestone and expedite the constraints.
- Find out deviation for subsystem/system completion take necessary action.
- Assuring preparation of Handover dossier with completion information as per approved index.
- Responsible to get approval of Milestone certificate.

- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in Thermal Plants Projects
- High level in english, spanish language is a plus
- Used to work with database systems
- High level in Office
- Available for working in Jorf Lasfar location.
