German speaking Customer Support Agent

Job Description

Maintain precise records of customer accounts and raise issues internally within the organisation as and when required.
Your language skills occasionally may be used for translations.
Provide customer service via an array of channels, such as email, phone and live chat, in addition to providing help and answering customer questions when required to do so.

Requirements

Strong communication skill set.
A positive approach and ‘can do’ attitude.
Previous experience in a comparable role would be advantageous, although the willingness to learn is the most valuable pre-requisite.
The ability to write and speak German at a native level.
