Job Description
Our client is looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service to their offices in Berlin. You will be the face of their company, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining their fleet in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to ensure smooth operation of the office.

Capital of Germany and also its largest city, Berlin is located in North-Western Germany and home to 3 World Heritage sites! A city steeped in recent and ancient history, it has multiple parks and landmarks which offer plenty to do. If that wasn't enough, the capital also plays host to many festivals and has a rich, vibrant and diverse nightlife.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs
Preparing and cleaning our campervans
Maintaining our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs
Registering guests, monitoring stock and processing payments
Handling complaints and troubleshooting emergencies
Requirements
Requirements:
Work experience in Hospitality, Rent-a-Car or Customer Service environments
Fluent in both German and English (mandatory)
Valid EU driver's license and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory)
Available for flexible working hours (mandatory).
Responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
Well-organized and you’re good at solving problems.
