NEW PROJECT - GERMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location: Greece, Athens/ Starting date: 16th July
Responsibilities:
* Respond to emails, messages and phone calls received via Chat and Social Media channels.
* Customer oriented mindset
* Systematic and analytical problem solving skills
* Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult questions with positive attitude and without getting stressed
* Ability to communicate in various channels (e.g. phone, email, chat and social media)
* Ability to communicate technical issues appropriately both with 2nd level support specialists and with customers
* Ability to obtain understanding of computers, operating systems and web technologies
* Native or near-native written and spoken German
* Fluent written and spoken English
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 to 21:00
