Electronic Arts Romania was founded in Bucharest more than a decade ago, and we’ve grown from a few dozen people in the early days to a place where hundreds of us develop some of the most amazing and immersive games in the industry. We have great history to follow up on, and a great audience to amaze and entertain – and that’s why we employ the most creative, passionate people in the industry
The challenge ahead:
QA (what we normally call the entire process of testing a game) has evolved tremendously in the last few years, and the days of “play this and tell us what’s broke” are long gone. As a Game Tester you have at your disposal a whole array of dedicated EA tools and platforms that will both make your work easier and make evaluating a game an insightful, technical and fun activity. You are part of the game-making process, given the tools necessary to understand and anticipate the game, it’s design, mechanics and technology, and have valuable insight and suggestions.
Does this mean more opportunities? Yes, it does. Does it mean you’ll get to handle more advanced tools and technologies? Yes, it does.
It also means you’ll be the first to play some of the worlds’ biggest games, on the latest hardware platforms, and have a say on how they come out.

Have a strong desire to work in the gaming industry
Graduated from high school
We are looking for people to help us make the biggest and best games in the world – for every gaming system available: PC, Consoles and Mobile. As a Game Tester, your task will be to make sure that our work fits the required quality and the expectations of tens of millions of gamers worldwide.
