We are looking for French speakers to join a Finance related project (non voice) in Athens.


Responsibilities:

- Providing support for the German market via email and chat
- Handling complains and providing information to customers
- Working closely with other departments

Requirements

- Native or near native of French language
- Fluent level of English
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
