Finance Controller (Polish)

In this role you will perform Controller tasks and assist the Controlling and Reporting team for the business partners on the Polish market as well as assist with some regional controlling tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

– Act as a partner of the Polish Finance Representative
– Report the Polish headcount towards European management
– Report to the headquarter
– Produce the monthly operational & financial reporting
– Create added value to the business by providing them with insightful analysis & proposals
– Produce the yearly budget and quarterly forecast based on assumptions from the local Finance Business Partner
– Ensure a relevant analytical accounting

– You have a fluent level in Polish and English
– You have 2-3 years of experience in financial controlling/reporting
– You have an Accounting/Finance background
– You have a high level in Excel as an analytical tool
– You have experience in an international environment
– You have strong analytical skills
– You are rigorous and detail oriented
– You have organization and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership on your tasks
– You have strong problem solving capabilities
– You are a team player
