Department Manager

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the SSC department. We are looking for a motivated and experience individual who can take the team to a higher level. The SSC is providing services for offices in Poland, Holland, Germany and our local office in Chisinau.

Increase and managing SSC team;
Responsible for development, standardization and optimization of all tasks in the SSC;
Responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of processes and tasks fulfilled by the SSC team;
Being a key point of contact for the internal customers;
Support the team on various projects regarding continuous improvements to processes and systems;
Reporting to the Group Controller.

Bachelor or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business;
An excellent level of both verbal and written English;
c. 5+ years of experience working within a SSC department;
c. 5+ years of experience in supervisory/ managerial positions;
Good knowledge of working with international customers, people, Microsoft office;
Excellent organizational skills a must as dealing with a large diverse team;
Strong time management skills - ability to meet deadlines, delegate and work effectively under time pressure.
