Job Description

If you are an energetic individual who is motivated by a challenging environment, this is the ideal job for you! Our client is looking to recruit a full-time, organized and meticulous Corporate Administrator who can work on his/her own initiative.

What Is expected of you?

Manage a number of client portfolios and seek to accommodate their respective needs in a timely and in accordance to regulatory procedures

Maintain an organized and structured client filing system

Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal sources

Liaise with the Registry of Companies, Banks, International Tax Unit and VAT Department

Deal with incorporations, amalgamations, re-domiciliation’s, liquidations and dissolutions as well as annual maintenance of the company`s corporate minute files

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

Good knowledge of office software applications

Proven experience of working within an office environment

Fluent in both written and verbal English

Good communication skills, highly organised and excellent customer service

A qualification in Banking & Finance will be considered an asset.

Applicants must have previous experience in Corporate Administration
