We are interested in hiring a new Case Manager to join our team and take ownership of a number of new and existing cases. In this position, you'll play an integral role in managing the flow of cases. This important position involves complete administrative duties related to the legal process. If you have Plaintiff Personal Injury experience and are looking for that next step in your career, this position is perfect for you.

Case Manager Responsibilities:
• Managing a large volume portfolio of cases from pre-litigation to trial
• Accurately updating and maintaining case files
• Organizing and requesting medical records and bills
• Tracking calls and correspondence
• Assist with new client intake
• Consistent communication with clients

Requirements

Case Manager Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks in a limited frame of time.
• Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated experience within a customer service environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or Plaintiff Personal Injury experience a plus
