Call Center Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Call Center Representatives. You’ll work in an environment that is rewarding and fun, with coworkers who are truly passionate about what they do.

As a Call Center Representative, you will ensure a memorable customer service experience by using questioning and listening skills to determine the customer’s needs and help them select the appropriate services.


Responsibilities:

Answering customer or provider requests or inquiries

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
