For one of our clients - one of the world BPO leaders - we are looking for - Back Office Support Specialist with Portuguese, Romanian, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Hungarian .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering the best professional customer support;
* Manage cases and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality communication with customers and resolution of all issues;
* Ensure that all customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive.

Requirements

Requirements:
* B2/C1 in Portuguese, Romanian, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Hungarian;
* English language - at least B2 level;
* Experience in customer/technical service is advantage.
