Back Office Compliance & Office Manager

What is expected of you?

Take responsibility for the general operation and administration of the office
Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
Attend meetings with management
Purchase office supplies and take proper inventory
Coordinate internal and external resources and cultivate relationships with vendors
Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions
Coordinate staff attendance, fines and incentives
Coordinate travel arrangements, including the booking of flights and hotels
Manage the back office and customer service resources
Update and maintain company processes and policy documents
Support the Sales Manager and back office team
Ensure client deposits are successful
Compile sales reports and manage targets and commissions
Follow up on enquires and/or complaints sent to the team from internal stakeholders and/or clients
Monitor team regarding their leads and deposits
Liaise with various other departments
Manage, compile and implement training for new agents
Manage zoom groups and ensure response turnaround time
Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by management

The ability to work under pressure and an ability to multi-task
A willingness to adapt
Native level of English
Extensive Microsoft Excel experience
Previous experience in the analysis of data and data management
The ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
