B2B Technical Adviser-Intensive Shift (FR+SP)

Our client is Europe’s leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services. They operate Infrastructure Operations Centers and Group Service Desks across Europe, South Africa, Asia an America and offer support in more then 30 languages. For their office in the center of Barcelona, they are looking for new employees to reinforce their team.

The Job.

After receiving an intensive on boarding training you will hold various responsibilities:
– Manage effectively all incoming queries in a customer service environment (B2B)
– Providing service to the clients via phone, email and web
– Handling incoming requests and solving them
– Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectations

Requirements

The Profile.

– You have a fluent level of French, Spanish and English (written/spoken)
– You have excellent communication skills
– Previous experience in a customer service related position is a plus but not obligatory
– You are friendly, motivated and open-minded
– You are customer and service orientated
– You have the ability to adapt quickly and have the willingness to learn
– You are professional, reliable and punctual
– You are looking for a stable and long term opportunity in Barcelona
– You are a team player and willing to work in a multicultural environment
