Job Description

What is expected of you?

Conduct General clerical duties
Support with office automation
Minute taking and chasing of actions
Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Organize travel arrangements
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain contact lists
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

A level standard of education
A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment
Conversant with Microsoft applications
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Sharp and attentive to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Interest in marketing is considered an asset
