BA (Hons) International Food & Beverage Management

Students of this programme will understand Food and Beverage Management in the international arena as well as the crucial factors that impact managing the Food and Beverage industry. Students will learn specialized skills and the knowledge necessary to launch and/or manage a business in Food and Beverage.

Graduates of the Food and Beverage Management programme will be able to successfully launch careers in a variety of fields including Marketing and Brand Management, Food Product Development, Food and Service Facilities Management, Food and Beverage Management and Restaurant Management. This is also a great option for aspiring entrepreneurs interested in running their own business.

Enroll in this programme as full-time and part-time students and join either session beginning two in October and April.
