During your volunteer project you will see volcanic highlands and deserts, lions and elephants, and much more.

As a volunteer in Kenya you will have an opportunity to participate in different projects. You can work on promoting the importance of education to the disadvantaged youth, help local charities distribute quality medicine to the rural low-income communities, or support children from underprivileged backgrounds.

United Planet partners with International Cultural Youth Exchange, or ICYE for long-term programs. As a volunteer, you will be hosted by ICYE Kenya, which is ICYE’s Kenyan partner organization.

Possible volunteer projects include:

-Working with disadvantaged youth and helping them further their education

-Supporting children from various underprivileged backgrounds
