Teaching Piano & Violin Lessons in Mombasa Kenya
Program Description
Volunteer in Kenya with the Nyali Music School and Centre that is situated in the Reef Hotel. This centre offers voice training and lessons in guitar, violin, and the piano. Students can register, prepare for, and take the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) exam at our cente. We want to enable the growth of musical talent in children and young adults by running workshops and hosting recitals, concerts, and programs.
We excel in developing children’s talents with a high quality program. Our classes include general music education, group classes, and individual tutoring. We are a pioneer in creating a program that provides music training as well as programs for orchestra and chorus. We have developed an outreach program for underprivileged children in the surrounding areas.
Goals:
1. Create opportunities for children to learn music.
2. Develop a means for the expression of musical talent.
3. Work with colleges and universities with similar music goals.
4. Help children and youth to increase skills that can later be used to generate income.
