Sri Lanka, like many developing countries with amazing sights to explore, also has numerous challenges in several fields that need support and attention. AIAV has created these safe and affordable volunteering opportunities for individuals or groups to be able to live with locals, become fully immersed in cultures, work side by side with local staff on sustainable projects and still have plenty of free time to explore all that the country has to offer.

We offer programs covering childcare, assisting the disabled (deaf and blind), health care, elderly care and teaching programs for students, professionals or gap year takers to lend a hand to communities in need.
