Program Description

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm or from 1 pm to 5 pm, depending on the result of your placement test

Students are expected to complete homework assignments, write book reports, and prepare for weekly oral presentations. We also emphasize a regular testing of the material. Classes focus on language acquisition. Depending on their level, students follow textbooks from the “North Star” series. This is an intense non-credit program created for students interested in improving their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.

Each level usually takes 10 weeks to complete.
The placement test is on the first day of class.
There are 5 levels: Beginner, Low-Intermediate, Intermediate, High-Intermediate and Advanced.
