Business Communication and Social Media

This course is for students interested in social media and who want to use these skills in a business environment. This is a non-credit course, but will be useful as a resource. Social media platforms are increasingly valuable as a part of international business and corporations. This is applicable for students with a law and business degree as well as those from a variety of other subjects.

This course covers interactions between users, supporting data, using social media strategies for marketing purposes, and social media functionalities.

Students will learn to use various social media platforms and features
Use analysis and metrics to evaluate performance
Communicate these findings
Learn about key aspects of digital marketing campaigns
Clearly communicate conclusions to third parties
Launch a social media campaign
