GradVenture Global Impact Exchange 2015 Youth Development

This exciting project works with young people to make sure they are capable of realising their full potential in a society where approximately 66% of the population are under 25. This poses significant challenges, especially given the small number of young people who successfully complete their secondary education.

This project helps to build sustainable youth networks which enable young Tanzanians to have a fair stake in their futures. Throughout the process you will be helping to develop the culture and mindset of young people on the programme, their financial literacy and help them gain a greater understanding of business and entrepreneurship.

The project looks to engage with marginalised groups within society such as vulnerable girls and is a chance to empower young people by building on and developing their education, whilst using your skills to help impllement change.

A chance to use your degree-level skills to implement social change and make a difference to young people's lives.
