Wine Program in Buenos Aires (Optional Spanish Classes)

Mente Argentina’s Wine Program introduces participants to the creation and background of the Argentine Malbec while immersing them in the vibrant Argentine culture. This course will cover wine production, an introduction to wine tastings, learning about the varieties and flavors of wine as well as wine pairing methods. During the course of this program, participants will be able to taste 50 delicious Argentine and international wines. During tastings, students will experience a visual and sensory analysis of wine while observing color intensity. Instructors will also go over tasting vocabulary and the art of food pairing.

Participants may choose between the intensive two week program situated in Buenos Aires or the regular one month program which features excursions to wine province of Mendoza. Participants can also opt for a Spanish course to supplement their learning of the tasty Argentine wine.
