Wealth Manager

We are looking for a Wealth Manager that will be responsible for promoting and selling investments, wealth management, savings and foreign exchange products through effective relationship management with new and existing retail banking customers, in one of Malta’s largest online banks.


What is expected of you?

Develop leads and referrals from existing clients through regular client reviews
Work closely with the Consumer Banking and Customer Service teams to assist new and existing clients in a timely manner
Maintain and update the Banks Customer Relationship Management system
Generate new Assets under Custody and Revenue from the Banks investment, savings and foreign exchange products
Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures whilst ensuring that business risks are kept to a minimum
Assist the Branch Manager to prepare and analyse statistical data and reports
Mentor and coach junior members of the team

What are you expected to bring?

Certificate for Financial Advisors (CeFA) or equivalent
Certificate in Malta Financial Regulation (MFR) together with acquired licence from the MFSA to provide financial advice. Candidates who are still in the process of acquiring said licence will also be considered for the role
At least three years’ experience working in this field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
