Complementary to this IT business area, we’re in charge of a warehouse for mainly pharmaceutical products in our Doylestown office, and we have renamed clients we work with.
We are looking for an energetic Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products and smooth operation of the fulfilment centre. You will operate warehouse equipment to build and send appropriate orders.
A Fulfillment Associate must be on time and able to work long hours on their feet. They must be physically capable to pack and sort product with strong attention to detail.
You will be based on our cool offices at Doylestown, PA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and check incoming pick tickets
Locate products using technology
Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
Build pallets with orders and position them for pickup
Wrap orders before loading on trucks
Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
Keep records of completed orders
Receive, sort, and document returns
Enter data within the Warehouse Management System
Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

Essential Skills:
Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position
Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment
Experience in scanning inbound and outbound inventory
Experience performing inventory reconciliation
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
Able to read and write in English
Great attention to detail
Diligent and punctual
Good physical strength and stamina
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
