We are looking to recruit a Trust Relationship Officer to join a company specialising in Corporate Finance & Private Equity. If you have the relevant experience and are looking for an exciting new challenge, ceek would love to hear from you.
What is expected of you?
Hand all administrative duties of the Trust assets
Maintain the Trust Documentation in good order
Act as the clients’ first point of contact for the purposes of dealing with any requests
Maintain a clear line of communication with the clients
Prepare all documentation and pending matters in respect to any meetings which are to be held
File / Scan documents, up-keep of files and other administrative work
Undertake and maintain due diligence on required individuals and entities
Compile Minutes and/or Resolutions as required
Liaise with other members of the team
What is expected of you?

Cerințe
A university degree in a related subject
A minimum of three to five years’ experience in Trust and Company Administration
Proficient in written and spoken English
Highly organised
Excellent IT knowledge
Able to work in a team as well as on his/her own with minimum supervision
