Travel Consultant - Barcelona, Spain

Our client, one of the fastest growing Software as a Service companies in Europe, is looking for Multi-Lingual Travel Consultants in Barcelona, Spain. With a family atmosphere and a fast growing, start-up environment, this is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual who seeks to build a career while traveling!
The position is in Barcelona, the capital of Spain and the largest city in Catalonia. It is an exotic seaside city with boundless experiences to explore!

The role:
• Handle communication with customers via phone, email and live chat;
• Assist customers on anything related to the business;
• Proactively help customers use the various company platforms.

The ideal candidate:
• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre GDS. The more experience, the merrier!
• Superior empathetic skills and proactive approach;
• Experience in ticketing tools and similar software;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent Communication skills
• Native level fluency in a European language is considered an asset.
