Day-to-day responsibilities:
• Responsible for training delivery for the new joiners, including quizzes, practice and assessments
• Responsible for creating and developing training materials, training plans as well as advanced training materials keeping the global standards
• Help out with other training-related activities (soft skills, ITIL and role development/career development related training programmes)
• Ensure methods and level of trainings adhere to the specifications set, as well as ensuring continuous enhancement of the training activities and materials thus contributing to the improvement of the overall service delivered
• Contribute to overall Agent development via trainings, coaching sessions and mentoring
• Deliver accurate End of Day Reports to management as well as other reporting activities like final technical training assessment reports
• Responsible for training statistics, improvement areas, specific KPI parameters set as part of the overall KPI reporting
• Provide input into the Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management and Agent Performance Management processes

Basic Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and another foreign language (Italian / Spanish / French, German, Russian, Arabic, Turkish) • Strong experience in designing and conducting trainings as well as evaluating its effectiveness, • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends, • Proficiency in Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive
Cerințe
