This position would provide a graduate the opportunity to work alongside our Senior Operations Manager, gaining knowledge and skills to become a successful recruiter within the Banking and Finance sector, specifically providing talent across Europe for Private Equity and Investment Banking firms.

Our Trainee programme will give you a full 6 month training plan, a dedicated and highly experienced mentor, access to our online learning library and continued professional development throughout your career.

What you will learn:

·Business development - developing existing partnerships, creating new business, networking and relationship management
·Talent attraction - creating adverts, blogs, social media content, pod casts, mailshots, targeted campaigns and always providing new and innovative ideas towards candidate attraction
·Pro-actively sourcing and headhunting candidates
·Managing the full recruitment process, interview facilitation, offer process, visa applications, mobilization
·Candidate assessment and interview techniques
·Pitching value propositions and negotiating terms of business

Salary:

Basic salaries range from £18,000 - £30,000 on our talent growth programme, we offer strong financial incentives for performance, meaning talented recruiters can achieve 6 figure salaries very early on in their careers.

This is a trainee position, no previous recruitment experience is necessary, in order to become a successful recruiter there is a number of key skills that will aid your career, including strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and heaps of motivation alongside this we are looking for intelligent, creative, passionate and confident people with a drive to succeed.
