Job content
You'll be involved in Total Compensation consulting projects and will be responsible for, among other things, the design and implementation of compensation plans and employee participation plans at the national and global levels, disclosure disclosure in the Annual Report, compliance with Swiss and International Remuneration Policies, job grading and performance management and other topics.
You actively support the team in customer acquisition and project management.
You are open to supporting other teams in projects (for example, Pension Consulting).
You create and manage offers, presentations, concepts, regulations, tax reports, Excel simulations and memos.
You coordinate and consolidate tax and legal investigations in different countries.
You acquire comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.

Requirements
You may have a college or university degree in business, economics, or law, and you may have already gained initial experience in HR topics or in counseling.
You bring pleasure in a project-oriented and interdisciplinary way of working.
You are a highly motivated, dynamic and purposeful personality who values ​​using your very good business skills as well as your analytical and communicative skills.
You are ready to take responsibility right from the start.
You have very good MS Office skills.
You are stylish in German and have very good English at least at the Cambridge Advanced level.
