Tender Specialist (Europe)

The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for an English speaking Tender Specialist.

The Job.

Being part of the Proposal team of Europe you will coordinate and manage incoming proposal of international Key Accounts. Your main tasks include:
– Proposal coordination for European projects
– Connection Key Account directors with incoming proposals
– Legal analyzing of proposals together with the legal department
– Sending and preparing final offers for clients

Your Profile.

– You have an excellent level English (up to native)
the knowledge of French or German is a big plus
– You have previous B2B experience
– You have experience in coordinating proposals
– You have excellent writing skills
– You have strong analytical skills
– You are multitasking, professional and pro-active
– You have a hard worker mentality
– Background in law is a plus
