Tender Specialist (Dutch)

The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Tender Specialist.

The Job.

Being part of the Proposal team of Europe you will coordinate and manage incoming proposal of international Key Accounts. Your main tasks include:
– Proposal coordination of Benelux and other international projects
– Connection Key Account directors with incoming proposals
– Legal analyzing of proposals together with the legal department
– Sending and preparing final offers for clients

– You have an excellent level of Dutch and English (up to native)
the knowledge of French is a big plus
– You have previous B2B experience
– You have experience in coordinating proposals
– You have excellent writing skills
– You have a background in law
– You have strong analytical skills
– You are multitasking, professional and pro-active
– You have a hard worker mentality
