Technical Trainer

Your Role:

Your role is to implement of our Onboarding Plan (bootcamp). You'll be responsible to guide, plan, stimulate and evaluate participants' learning processes through a proactive attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

Development and delivery learning resources in the field of automotive embedded SW
Individualized and collective teaching attention of participants, follow-up of their learning during onboarding plan and the proposals for improvement of the modules
Identify improvements to be introduced in current onboardings
Coordinate with the engineering team (teach leads or subject matter experts) to updated or create new content for onboarding modules
Coordinate with HC and bootcamp manager to establish annual roadmap of internal courses based on the training needs detected. Become an internal training provider.

Skills to Create the Difference:

We are looking for a professional with experience and skills the following areas:

Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications)
Experience as a teacher
Previous experience of developing and delivering training materials and courses
Experience in developing technical training
People oriented. You are the main responsible for your team's success!
Good communication skills
Ability to lead highly-skilled and specialized teams
Advanced level and fluency in English (written and spoken)
