Technical Sales Consultant with Italian

Your major duties and responsibilities:

•Analyzing sophisticated customer requirements and provide professional consulting for our partners
•You will act as a liaise between the specialized departments (Sales, QA, Support, as well as Development) and you must communicate independently everyone;
•You will be the direct point of contact for customers for all technical issues in the presales phase;
•Responsible for creating and conducting presentations, workshops, as well as internal and external product trainings;
•You will join forces with the sales team at trade fairs and other events, and support them in case of technical customer inquiries.

The Professional Requirements are :

•University degree in Business/ Computer Science or similar education and at least 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field(s);
•Native Italian language skills – Live in Italy or be willing to relocate to Italy;
•Solid experience in creating and conducting presentations, workshops, and webinars also experience as a software solutions consultant will be advantage;
•Very good communication and presentation skills; target orientation and customer focus;
•Good command of English and good knowledge of network structure and high IT affinity;
•Flexibility and willingness to travel are taken for granted (60 % – 80 % of the time).
