The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in Purchases of parts/ Equipment/ Engineering/ Service or repairs, preferably in lifting equipment.
YOUR PROFILE
Technical knowledge and working experience (preferably with forklifts)
PC operating skills: Microsoft Office Pack
Qualification/Training in the field is an advantage
You have good interpersonal skills: you will maintain permanent contact with the customers and other members of the team
You are well organized and are able to work in a disciplined manner
You are able to plan emergency interventions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining permanent contact with customers that require services and interventions via email or phone
Planning the interventions
Identifying replacement parts
Drawing up estimates
Data entry in an ERP system
