For one of our clients we're seeking a highly-organized and experienced individual for the position Team Supervisor with Turkish, Hungarian, Romanian or Polish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise the service level of the respective team;
* Ensure that all team goals and metrics are met;
* Participate in the recruitment and hiring process;
* Analyze the team’s performance and report to the management;
* Develop strategies for improvement and excellence;
* Create an inspiring environment with open communication culture.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Turkish, Hungarian, Romanian or Polish and English;
* Solid background in people management in the business outsourcing environment;
* Outstanding communication and leadership skills;
* Assertiveness and confidence;
* Ability to work on a 24/7 schedule;
* Good PC skills;
* Reliability and good organizational skills.
