Team Leader

Your Role

Your role is to provide guidance individually and as a team to develop the maximum potential of them.

Main Responsibilities:

Be a Mentor
- Be responsible of the personal and professional development of your team members (performance development, face to face meetings, career development,...)
- Providing guidance to the team.
- Setting challenging but realistic goals and guiding the team members efforts towards successful project delivery.

Be a Servant Leader
- Removing impediments that your team members might have.
- Providing to your team the best conditions for their work.

Help growing the company
- Being up to date and know the projects and tasks in which the team is involved and the opportunities that might appear
- Assisting Human Capital in hiring new talent to reinforce the existing team (interviews, technical challenges, …) and identifying areas of new training.
- Deal with peaks and valleys of work and suggest new hires according to demand.
- Foster decentralisation of knowledge, making sure no one is a single point of failure – or success in your team.

Others
- Prepare forecast, budget, KPIs, reporting projects.
- Deal with daily needs of your team members (material, holidays, work trips).

- Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, ...)
- Ability to think analytically, quantitatively, and creatively.
- People oriented. You are the main responsible for your team's success!
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lead highly-skilled and specialized teams.
- Advanced level and fluency in English (written and spoken).
