Our client - is a rapidly growing Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) service company operating in Northern Europe. Their mission is to improve knowledge work and business productivity by leaving dull routines to digital workers and freeing up human resource to more creative and meaningful tasks.
Founded in 2015, it is the only company purely specializing in IPA services in the Nordic countries. They employ the best talents within this key focus area. They are constantly looking for new talents to join their team in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Poland. Overall, they are now a team of 150 and they are growing fast!

They are now looking for innovative and fun Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their resourcing and recruitment function. They have ambitious growth targets and look to double their headcount in the next year. To achieve this, they need a driven, innovative and flexible recruitment expert to join their team. This position will be based in Helsinki.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee recruitment for all current office locations in Helsinki, Oslo, Lodz, Copenhagen as well as the office in Stockholm. The role will also include responsibility for acting as a recruitment lead for possible future office locations, so ideally, we look for someone who has not only strong in-house, multi-office recruiter experience but also possesses experience in setting up new office locations as a recruiter. They have multiple positions open simultaneously in all offices; so to succeed in this role the candidate will need to be systematic and have strategic oversight on priorities. This is a very exciting role, reporting directly to the group HR Manager based in Helsinki and working closely with all country managers and team leaders. Ideal candidate will be independent, fast-paced, results-orientated and can tell examples of innovative recruitment solutions and ideas.
It is a fast-growing company; the Talent Acquisition Specialist enables the growth by formulating and implementing a successful, people orientated recruiting and onboarding processes. University relations, managing third party recruitment partners and building a strong employer image and coordination of new employee boot camps are all within the scope of the role. Exciting!
Cerințe
Our ideal candidate has:
• Excellent communication skills in English
• 3+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools including LinkedIn, social media solutions and ideally, certification of an aptitude testing.
• Previous experience in managing and coordinating external headhunters and recruitment partners.
• Knowledge on coordinating successful recruitment events that have big impact and passion to build relationships with universities internationally.
