WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
We are looking for a talented System Administrator to join our team in Barcelona for the EGS Team. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding technical support for the most prestigious Google G Suite customers. This support will be mainly focused on API related topics and networking environments on customer side.
In order to join our team you should be able to follow a logical troubleshooting path, navigate through ambiguous problems, collect relevant information, create a hypothesis and test or reproduce issues without jumping to conclusions. You should be able to perform troubleshooting of systems or applications involving multiple technologies or protocols.
You will be providing technical support to Networking products (such as load balancing, firewall rules, routes, VPN's) and Infrastructure products (such as Windows and Linux Servers, scripts, server configuration)

Cerințe
Minimum requirements:
100% fluent in English (minimum C1).
European citizenship or work permit in Spain.
Previous experience in system administration.
Familiarity with web protocols (HTTP, TLS, SSL etc).
Understanding of Networking and its protocols.
Solid OS knowledge for either Windows or Linux systems.
Familiarity with modern API technologies (OAuth, HTTP RPCs).
Ability to read and understand logs and stack traces.
Ability to research using internal knowledge bases and public facing documentation (Google Developers, StackOverflow).
100% fluent in English (minimum C1).
European citizenship or work permit in Spain.

Understanding of Networking and its protocols.

Beneficii
WHAT YOU WILL GET:
You will get a full time and permanent contract with an international company, with the chance to grow up and develop your career in the IT Field. You will also receive up to two months of paid training. We always focus on developing talent and recognize individual strengths to help you grow.
The base salary will be 24.570€ gross a year plus 3.000€ gross a year and 140€ a month as ticket restaurant. Getting a salary increase after a year.
The contract will be 39h a week, working 5 days on a weekly basis (Monday till Sunday), working one weekend a month, being extra paid.
Monday till Friday the shifts will be from 9am to 6pm, and on weekends from 6am to 3pm.
