Swedish Customer Support Advisor (REF 7924)

One of our established iGaming operator clients are looking for Swedish speaking Customer Support Advisors to join their Customer Service team in Malta!

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to our customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email
- Review and escalate queries from customers to superiors when required
- Liaise with other internal teams to review queries from customers regarding several topics including payments, technical issues, verification or betting queries

- Fluent verbal and written communication in Swedish and English
- Experience in a customer facing role or online
- Passionate about delivering outstanding Customer Service
- Able to problem solve and find solutions efficiently
- Competent literacy and numeracy skills
