Sports Operation Manager (REF 7992)

Our client is looking for a Sport Operation Manager to join their office in Bulgaria - They are looking for someone passionate about sports and able to manage different departments.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and prioritize the day-to-day operations related to sports product management, communication with - partners and performance analysis
- Lead high level discussions with partners related to commercials, contracts, new products and business opportunities
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate integrations with new partners and release of new features by existing partners
- Monitor and
- Initiate, plan and work closely with technical teams on development of new features and product improvements
- Liaise with Marketing, Acquisition, VIP, Sales, Support, Fraud, BA teams to ensure the proper launch and promotion of new products and features
- Monitor the performance of the sports vertical and work with Marketing team and Brand managers to improve performance
- Oversee and manage the trading team, optimize payouts, markets and offering, risk management

- Very good organizational skills with strong attention to detail

- Very good knowledge of the online sports betting product
- Experience in communication with sports betting providers in a plus
- Experience in coordinating sports operations is a plus
- Experience in coordinating sports integrations and product improvement is a plus
