Software QA Automation Engineer - M/F

MindGeek , a company specializing in the development and marketing of highly trafficked web properties, and a leader in its activity sector is searching for a Software QA Automation Engineer.

As a Software QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible of constantly developing and documenting a standardized manual and automated test suite, and also report test results. You will also be expected to help integrating the automated testing solutions based on project needs an requirements.

You will endorse the following responsibilities:

- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
- Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation and automated scripts.
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
- Identify any quality issues and escalate critical issues.
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications.
- Isolate, replicate, report defects and verify defect fixes.
- Partnering and collaborating with all departments throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Responsible for the full release of multiple types of features across a myriad of platform combinations (Mobile/PC/Mac).
- Perform various web testing techniques: Functional, Usability, Interface, Compatibility, Performance and Security testing.

- Minimum of 2 years of Software QA experience.
- Extensive experience in web application testing on various browsers and mobile platforms (Android/iOS).
- Experience with bug management, tracking and reporting programs (Jira).
- Experience with test case creation and test plan organization.
- Experience with black box, gray box, white box.
- Closely familiar with the software development cycles and version control.
- Shipped multiple web pages, web features, online services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience with Jenkins and Selenium (using PHP, Java, .NET, Javascript) is a plus
- Knowledge of testing REST based applications is a plus

Required skills:

- Experience with Object Oriented PHP (and PHPUnit), Java (and Junit) or Javascript (Jest/Mocha/Jasmine or other JS based library)
